I wish the weather for tomorrow will be as good as today, gloomy, no rain, the breeze's a bit colder and with shy mr.sunny. Mommy F was scheduled for another check up tomorrow, Saturday. And always, its always, for Mommy F, going there as early as 5 sometimes 4 am is a must so that she can finish everything earlier. I understand her for that, but 5 am? Come on, all the house in that time is still quiet The dogs is not out yet on the road, ther highway is not busy yet -and man, taking a bath at 5 is just TOO MUCH ⊙﹏⊙. I will never get use to this seriously. But then again, its already in a plan, no choice there

Anyways, we experience a not so strong rain this morning, at 3:30 am. Its enough to make the surrounding much colder and sleeping in my bed is so much lovely. I went to the market with Mama at 8:30 am but the ground is already dry. There are parts that that has stuck water though and my priority is to avoid them because I'm wearing a footwear that got dirtier so easily.

So, we also visit the wet market, I bought chicken for me and Mommy D, I bought fish for Mommy F. I'll be cooking different dish today. As for Mommy D, she's planning to make a "pacham" dish haha. Its pacham but its the best. And yes, kanya kanya kami ng bili ng ulam here -oops, tagalog gomen. Ehe

As for Mommy F's fish, I made her Sinaing sa Asin na Lagidlid, Mommy D's still marinating hers but it has ketchup in it. Mommy D's chicken parts is on the thigh and pecho with ribs parts by the way. I also like that part especially the thigh but...

I got myself the pecho or breast part. I want to make an adobo, my style and without sauteeing anything haha. I just don't feel like sauteeing it and cook it directly. By the way I soaked the meat first in salt and vinegar before marinating it for 5 minutes in salt, msg, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic and onion, and pepper.

I cook it in high heat for 5 minutes then adjusted it to medium heat and cook it for another 5 minutes. I taste test it and love that it has the right saltiness in it. Hihi. Pwede na mag asawa, lolol.
But yeah, my adobo is pale no? I actually used just 2 or maybe 4 tablespoon of soy sauce in it. To be honest that's how I usually make my adobo. I din't want it dark or something. As long as it taste good then its fine. And the truth it, I just go so used into using small amount of soy sauce since that is a lip bad to Mommy F, coz she has arthritis yk, yk, yk. Yeah. Eherm ┬──┬ ¯\_(ツ)

As for Mommy D's chicken, it looks like this. I know this yummier coz of the chicken part she used. I love the boney part but there are times that I have to avoid it to eat more meat hahaha.

And actually guys, Mama made her own chicken recipe too, today, for lunch. We bought the same part, the pecho or breast. And she cooked hers with a ketchup just like Mommy D's version.
And so, these are what we had for lunch today. Its dishes for the whole family..theybare simple and to be honest, there's nothing special into it. But though they are a simple dish, but they taste at their best because they we're prepared with care and love. Ehe. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
