Feliz noche queridos amigos bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog donde estaré compartiendo con ustedes la maravillosa experiencia de compartir una rica comida en casa hecha con amor, hace días mi esposo estuvo de cumpleaños y quería sorprenderlo con pequeños detalles que seguro lo van a hacer sentir mucho más feliz, les cuento por razones ajenas el año pasado tuvo que trabajar lejos de casa, lo cual fue algo triste ya que celebró su cumpleaños básicamente solo sin su familia, este año tuvimos la dicha de tenerlo en casa y siempre me gusta consentirlo cuando son fechas especiales como los cumpleaños, aniversario entre otros, de esta manera me gusta preparar buena comida para hacerlos sentir especial.

Entonces desde el día anterior comenzaron los preparativos sazonando el pollo y llevándola a la nevera para que concentrara los ricos sabores y así el día siguiente meterlo al horno, UMM que rico realmente me encanta el pollo al horno, por otro lado preparé una ensalada mixta de zanahoria y repollo con su toque de mayonesa y te acompañante unos bollitos con una deliciosa guasaca, este fue mi menú del día especial para su cumpleaños así que todos como una gran familia nos sentamos a la mesa y disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo hecho con mucho cariño donde creamos momentos inolvidables de nuestras vidas, siempre es importante tener pequeños detalles con nuestros seres queridos y hacerles sentir cuánto cariño Y aprecio sentimos por ello, así que no olvide dar ese abrazo, mandar ese mensaje, realizar una llamada, celebrar y disfrutar junto a su familia cada instante que nos regala la vida.
