Feliz noche a la gran familia que comparte en esta hermosa comunidad brindando cada día una nueva experiencia gratificante dentro de nuestras vidas por lo tanto el día de hoy me siento feliz de compartirles un almuerzo familiar llevando de generación en generación la cultura gastronómica de nuestro estado y sobre todo de mi madre, desde pequeña he aprendido a cocinar y a preparar muchos platillos todo esto con ayuda de mi mamá hoy por hoy me toca cocinar para ella para mis hermanas y el resto de mi familia.

En nuestra región el pescado es una proteína indispensable en muchos hogares Y este día quise prepararles una sopa de pescado utilizando cojinoa y jurel, los cuales conseguí en el mercado súper frescos, aproveché para comprar allí también toda la verdura y consentir a mi familia ya que normalmente ellos no consume mucho pescado, de esta manera llegué a casa y preparé este gran almuerzo, luego todos nos sentamos a la mesa a comer y acompañamos este platillo con limón y casabe algo tradicional en nuestras comidas, finalmente disfrutamos de los ricos sabores de comida en familia.
In our region, fish is an essential protein in many homes. This day I wanted to prepare a fish soup using cojinoa and horse mackerel, which I got at the market super fresh. I took the opportunity to buy all the vegetables there as well and pamper my family since they normally don't eat much fish. This way I got home and prepared this great lunch. Then we all sat down at the table to eat and accompanied this dish with lemon and cassava, something traditional in our meals. Finally, we enjoyed the rich flavors of food as a family.
