Hello friends, today I have come in front of Maulana Bhashani Adarsh College. Basically, today I have come here with my daughter Nishat Ahmed Ohi to eat chattopi at Raham Bhai's shop. I already know that, Rohom vai chattopi is very delicious and nutritious and very fun.

I have eaten Rombai Chattopi many times, not just in public. That's why I brought my daughter to Raham Bhai's shop today to eat Chattopi.

I asked Raham Bhai, pretending to be eating a snack, what is the secret behind your snacking? But he didn't want to tell me. So I didn't force him too much. He just smiled and replied, "It's an incredible thing." Which, I guess, can't be said.

Then I noticed that Raham Bhai had arranged about 70 to 80 bowls, one by one, and started to carefully place all his ingredients in the kilns.
He added some salt to the bowls. Then some onions. Then he mixed all these ingredients together in the ground, along with the pre-made cucumber pickle, dried chili powder, and chopped green chilies.
Meanwhile, in a large pot, the original ingredient, peas, had been placed in the stove earlier. And it was slowly heating up. Then, with the help of Swamis, he started adding some of the mixture of the down in each bowl.

After adding everything, he stirred the mixture well. Finally, he cracked one of the eggs with his egg beater and put it in the bowl. Then he took some salt and kneaded it with his hands and put it in the bowl. It was now ready to eat.

And it was very delicious which my daughter and I enjoyed a lot. Each plate of chatpati costs 30 taka. So all of you go to the shop and taste it. So again with many greetings and love, I am leaving you like today.
