Today, I made a creamy buco salad for dessert for the upcoming Fiesta tomorrow here in our barangay. Buco salad is one of the most delicious and popular Filipino dessert dish, the ingredients for this dessert is shredded young coconut, fruit cocktail, condensed milk, all purpose cream, nata de coco, kaong, pineapple tidbits and cheese.
This kind of dessert always have it in the table every celebrations like Fiesta, birthday, and wedding. We enjoyed eating this dessert when it is chilled.
