Hi Joan, as soon as transfers are through, expected date mid to end August if all goes well. I've had to organise myself because it's my house sale, new house purchase, helping new owners with bnb registrations, transferring ownership of services etc etc. AND still have to get my bnb books up to date for Aug provisional tax - my fault, I don't do it monthly! At least up to date for 2025. I will not miss doing that!
Was going dilly here, but better now it's organised!
AND still packing. Cynthia's been brilliant, got a lot done already, stuff I don't need now. I gave away a heck of a lot!
Yes, I'm glad I'll close to my brother and his wife, but will freeze up there in winter! Will go to Dean next winter.

        Wishing you a smooth transition, it is mind blowing once things start to move how quickly your days run out of time.

        Provisional tax for small entity I never ventured into for my son as he works on his own, pay/fined a small amount annually, so be it! Have to shake him awake to get most documents from him to sort out, good reminder I must arrange to send to the young lady who now does our taxes, something I found a nightmare last year.

        Today I received the Transfer of Deeds to be signed, never ending documents, different companies it also blows my mind. So called digital age, yet we live beyond dark ages, I'm sure our filing systems were far more efficient.

        Would not mind avoiding the humid months, cold never bothers me too much, slightly more padding perhaps to you. Have a wonderful time planning the next step into the future, sure a change is going to be great once you unpacked on the other side.

              SARS made Arthur a Provisional taxpayer the year before he passed, and suddenly I became one last year, not impressed.
              It's unbelievable how much paperwork is still involved with buying and selling. My mind has been spinning with everything.
              I am looking forward to no humidity, but not the cold. Oh dear, I'd better not get more padding. I'll have to get those wall panels or else just use the aircon on warm but a comfortable 23 and put it on sleep otherwise the electricity bill will be way too high!
              It's organised chaos around here!
