Hahaha. The clickbait title and cover image got me here. 😅

Your version of pancit looks good. My friends and collegues used to say our food is bland. Well compared to curries and masala, then it really is. Lol. But they enjoyed a good portion of pancit whenever we had Pinoy celebrations in the office.

How ironic is it, that in June we Filipinos celebrate our independence while you celebrate getting tied to Mrs T until forever. Happy Anniversary!

        Ah I do love pancit although I do my own version and it is a good way to use leftovers up from the fridge!
