我有一段時間，沒有機會去便利商店尋寶，喔！不是！是去便利商店覓食，雖然有些人覺得便利商店賣的微波食物，口感不若餐廳現做的餐食好吃，不過，我是覺得偶爾吃看看，也可以接受，偶爾，還有機會吃到讓人讚不絕口的美食，不過，這種機會，要看運氣，所以，我前面說是去便利商店尋寶，也不厝有錯。
一進入便利商店的餐食區，就可以看到琳瑯滿目的品項，有台式便當、義大利麵、燉飯、米粉、水餃等，常常讓有選擇障礙的我，站在餐食區半天，無法決定要吃那一樣食物，最後，我看中這款由雙月食品社聯名的餐食，雙月食品社是台北知名的養生雞湯餐廳，已經連續多年蟬聯米其林必比登推介，成為台北必吃美食之一，希望這款聯名餐食不會讓我失望啊！
這款取名為愛恨椒芝麵的產品，不會是向黯然銷魂飯致敬的吧，名字取的蠻有意思的，不知道味道如何，打開一看，像是拌麵，攪拌時有一點點芝麻的香氣飄散，入口後，感覺有一點點麻，有一點點辣，味道不差，我三兩口就扒完了，吃完後，有點意猶未盡，唯一的缺點，就是份量有點少，對於男生，可能不夠，對於女孩，應該可以接受，算是一次不踩雷的尋寶之旅。
It had been a while since I last had a chance to go treasure hunting at a convenience store—well, not exactly treasure hunting, more like looking for something to eat. Some people think convenience store microwave meals can’t compare to freshly made restaurant food, but honestly, I think they’re totally acceptable once in a while. And every now and then, you even come across something surprisingly delicious. Of course, that depends on luck, so calling it “treasure hunting” actually isn’t that wrong.
As soon as I walked into the meal section, I saw all kinds of choices—Taiwanese lunch boxes, pasta, risotto, rice noodles, dumplings, and more. There were so many options that my indecisive side kicked in, and I stood there for quite a while without knowing what to pick. In the end, I noticed this collaboration meal by 雙月食品社, a famous health-focused chicken soup restaurant in Taipei. It has been recommended by the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for several years in a row and is considered one of Taipei’s must-try food spots, so I really hoped this collab meal wouldn’t disappoint.
The product is called “Love-Hate Pepper Sesame Noodles”, which honestly sounds like it might be paying tribute to 黯然銷魂飯; the name is pretty creative. I was curious about the taste. After opening it, it looked like dry mixed noodles. While stirring, a light sesame aroma started to come out. After the first bite, I noticed a little numbness and a little spiciness—pretty tasty, actually. I finished it in just a few bites. After eating, I still wanted a bit more. The only downside was the portion size. It might not be enough for most guys, but for girls it should be just right. Overall, this was definitely a successful little convenience store treasure hunt.
