






开启自我感动模式,早上六点就起床了,准备熬粥。半盖大米,半盖小米,洗完以后加冷水煮。大概需要半小时。
这期间我们就准备其他食材,胡萝卜剁碎,牛肉我选的是里脊,剁碎,加一点点葱姜水(不能多,不然串味)、生抽、蚝油和食用油腌制,生菜切小段,吃山药的同学可以把山药捣碎(我昨晚没买到山药这次没放,做成了蔬菜牛肉粥)。
半小时差不多了,把牛肉炒一下,半生的时候倒入胡萝卜,随便炒一下便可出锅,把炒好的胡萝卜牛肉碎倒入砂锅中,继续熬煮20分钟。这段时间我们就已经可以闻到很香很香的牛肉香啦。
最后放生菜,加盐和胡椒粉调味,其他什么都可以不放。非常好吃的粥,太难的我也不会,这种简单粗暴的营养粥绝对合小朋友胃口,哈哈。
配了肉包和大米糕,小朋友说又是吃撑的一天,哎呀,他能吃光就是对我最大的鼓励啦,不枉我起那么早做早餐。有段时间减脂期我也这么吃,哈哈哈。
