减脂鸡胸肉滑嫩爽口

这是谁发明的, 真是太好吃了!网上看了一个鸡胸肉的做法,被称作减脂鸡胸肉,如果能吃了还不胖, 那我可是太喜欢了,但是我觉得那是不可能的,只要吃进去,吸收的比消耗的多,那肯定还是会胖的,不过今天我也是顾不上了,因为实在是太好吃了,这款减脂滑嫩鸡胸肉!

准备一块鸡胸肉,处理一下,将鸡胸肉周边的脂肪去掉,切成薄片,然后用一点小苏打,料酒腌制10分钟,用手抓匀。

然后鸡胸肉裹上淀粉或者低筋粉,用擀面杖将裹上面粉的鸡胸肉砸扁,这样鸡肉就可以变成更大片了。 结果敲打的时候,面粉四下喷了到处都是😅,看来这敲打也不是那么容易的。

全部敲打完之后,又做了些蔬菜的,茄子片,芸豆,还有白菜片,这个在山西太原的时候,还吃过这个叫蔬菜粘片,后来才知道,其实就是蔬菜蘸面粉,在水开之后煮一下,蘸着调料吃。

煮了一大盘子!

做一个灵魂蘸料汁,葱花,蒜末,小米辣,白芝麻准备好,用热油浇一下,爆出香味,然后放生抽,味极鲜酱油,一点白糖,陈醋一勺,一点香油,搅拌均匀,这个灵魂调味汁儿就做好啦!

最后可以将料汁浇在鸡胸肉上,或者直接蘸着吃,特别滑嫩好吃,没想到,就这么小小的处理一下,鸡肉竟然这么滑嫩。 可能鸡肉加上小苏打的效果,而且还特别鲜,蘸上料汁就更好吃了!

据说河南,山西等地都是这么吃, 真是太佩服老祖宗的智慧了,简简单单的煮着吃,竟然也这么美味!
