Friends, today the dish I am going to present in front of you is a very beautiful and delicious dish of our Uttarakhand state and mountains, which is a favourite of every pahadi or anyone else. Today I am going to talk about Bhatt ki chudkani or Bhatt ki dal made in the mountains, which you can call it, it is very tasty and wonderful, so let me tell you today about the ingredients used in it and how you can make it.

  1. Bhatt ki dal

  2. Garlic

  3. Ginger

  4. Oil

  5. Green chillies

  6. Turmeric

  7. Coriander

  8. Kitchen King Masala

  9. Kasturi methi

  10. Cumin

  11. Flour

  12. Tomato

  13. Onion

The method of making it is as follows

  1. First of all we have to take out Bhatt dal in a plate and separate it and clean it

After that we have to put oil in a pan, which you can add as per your requirement that how much dal you want to cook, so I have put two teaspoons of it and after the oil gets heated, you have to free the dal taken out in it.

After the lentils are fried, we have to take them out in a plate.

after turning off the flame, we have to put chopped garlic and ginger in it and after some time, we have to add green chillies and onion in it and keep stirring it till the onion turns a little red.

After the onion turns a little brown or red, we have to add some flour to it so that the onion becomes a little thick and its consistency becomes soft and we have to fry it lightly with the onion.

After the flour gets a little heated, we have to add tomatoes and a little salt so that the tomatoes melt well. After about 5 minutes, we have to cook it like this and after that we have to add whatever spices we have like turmeric, coriander, kitchen masala and whatever other spices you have, they have to be added.

After adding the spices, we have to leave it to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes and add the water from the saucepan so that the spices can be cooked well.

After that, we have to add the fried ingredients in Bhatt ki Daal and keep it on low flame and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
