Considero que hay platos que te alimentan el alma, y el pasticho este restaurante es uno de esos. Maykol y yo estábamos antojados de comer pasticho, pero pensar el gran trabajo que dicho plato lleva nos hacia posponer ese antojo, hasta que vimos una increíble promoción en el Bristol Restaurant, la cual consiste en tres pasticho, acompañados con pan con ajo y un refresco de 1 litro, por tan solo 15,90$, ese domingo teníamos un pequeño acompañante en casa así que la promoción nos quedaba perfecta.

Desde que te llevan el servicio, su presentación es totalmente irresistible, a primera vista notas la buena sazón, y dando el primer bocado sin duda lo confirmas. La salsa de carne esta perfectamente sazonada, en cuanto a la bechamel se siente en el punto perfecto suave y cremosa, y las capas de pastas la cocción esta en un buen punto, el cual te permite que al momento de separar porciones se mantenga intacta y sin desmoronarse.

Lo que destacó en este pasticho es ese equilibrio perfecto entre todos los sabores, todo súper fresco y si el verlo es tentador, el sabor totalmente increíble.

Maykol and I were craving to eat pasticho, but thinking about the great work that this dish takes us to postpone that craving, until we saw an incredible promotion at the Bristol Restaurant, which consists of three pasticho, accompanied with garlic bread and a 1 liter soda, for only $ 15.90, that Sunday we had a small companion at home so the promotion was perfect for us.

From the moment you are served, its presentation is totally irresistible, at first sight you notice the good seasoning, and when you take the first bite you confirm it without a doubt. The meat sauce is perfectly seasoned, as for the bechamel sauce, it feels perfectly smooth and creamy, and the pasta layers are cooked to a good point, which allows you to keep them intact and without crumbling when separating portions.

What stood out in this pasticho is that perfect balance between all the flavors, all super fresh and if the sight of it is tempting, the taste is totally incredible.
