Hi there Hivers❗❗
I think this is my first time posting on @hivefood community. I am not a kitchen peron 😁 because I am more of a garden person. But today, I'd like to share a dish my husband tought me. It's a pork and bok choy dish.
Since I am just learning how to cook, my husband told me to prepare these ingredients.
▫️ 300 grams pork sliced thinly/small pieces
▫️ pechay / bok choy
▫️ liquid seasoning
▫️ salt and pepper
▫️ chopped garlic and onions
▫️ oil

How to cook:
1 - Saute the chopped garlic and onions until they're golden brown.

|---|---|

- Add the meat and cook it until it's brown. Add a cup of water to help soften the meat and simmer for a few minutes.

- Add some seasoning, salt, and pepper according to your taste. Then simmer again for a minute.
|
|
|---|---|

- Check if the meat is tender. If it is, add the pechay / Bok choy. Wait until the pechay / bok choy is soft and well cooked.

- Give it a little taste again and if it satisfies your taste buds, then it's ready to serve.

Here's my pork and bok choy dish.
My husband said it tasted great. I hope he wasn't lying 😁
I think it tasted good, too. Cooking is a lot of hard work. I am lucky my husband does it for us.
Please let me know what you think about this dish. If you have your own version, please share it with me in the comments section. I appreciate suggestions and recommendations to make my cooking better. 🥰
Have a wonderful day, everyone!!
