Greetings this Friday everyone… Welcome to another Foodie blog. Today we have some sweet treats, we are baking a quick banana bread for the weekend.. i as certified sweet tooth i like to have pastery snacks around in my home over the weekend, homemade is the healthier option for me and allows me to experiment with flavors im cuisine. So For the weekend we have decided to make a chocolate chip banana pastery it turned out lovely and i have gotten the specific message from my friend yet again.. Keep reading below.
Saludos este viernes a todos... Bienvenidos a otro blog de comida. Hoy tenemos unos dulces, estamos horneando un rápido pan de plátano para el fin de semana... como un goloso certificado, me gusta tener bocadillos de pastelería en casa durante el fin de semana, lo casero es la opción más saludable para mí y me permite experimentar con sabores en mi cocina. Así que para el fin de semana hemos decidido hacer un pastelito de plátano con chispas de chocolate, quedó encantador y he recibido el mensaje específico de mi amigo una vez más... ingredients
2 large bananas
Butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
2 flour
2 cups
Frozen Chocolate chips

2 plátanos grandes
Mantequilla
1 huevo
1 taza de azúcar
2 tazas de harina
2 tazas
Chips de chocolate congelados

I started with the mashing up 2 ripe large bananas, using a fork, i mashed it until it is slimy and pasty.
Empecé aplastando 2 plátanos grandes y maduros, usando un tenedor, los aplasté hasta que quedaron babosos y pastosos.
in this step I proceeded with adding melted butter to the banana
En este paso procedí a añadir mantequilla derretida al plátano.
i added sugar and 1 egg, and topped rhe mixture of with the flour .
Agregué azúcar y un huevo, y cubrí la mezcla con la harina.
I also added milk to then begin mixing
También añadí leche para luego comenzar a mezclar.
Here i have mixed it, and proceeded to add the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Aquí lo he mezclado y procedí a añadir las chispas de chocolate a la mezcla.
After that, i then am pouring the mixture into a baking pan, which i place in the preheated oven to bak at 100 degree celcisus
Después de eso, luego estoy vertiendo la mezcla en un molde para hornear, que coloco en el horno precalentado a 100 grados Celsius.
And here our banana bread is ready after baking for 25 minutes
Y aquí nuestro pan de plátano está listo después de hornearse durante 25 minutos.
