It is fun to try fast food places in different countries.
I admit, I dined at a MacDonalds in Paris simply because I wanted to order a McBeer with my Big Mac. As I recall the McBeer wasn't all that good ... but that wasn't the point.
I haven't been to a KFC in years. The KFC recipe was optimized for the chickens on the market 100 years ago. Back then chicken meat tended to be dry. The KFC pressure cooker delivered a moist bird.
Today they feed chickens something to make them retain water. The dry birds of the past are gone and most chicken is moist.
Maybe they should start doing ducks or something that requires special processing.
