Assalamu Alaikum viewers, how are you all, I hope you are well by the grace of Allah, I am also well, today I have come to you with a new food recipe, the name of the food is: Hilsa fish broth with eggplant. The food is very delicious and tasty. This food is made by mixing different types of ingredients. There is no comparison to this food. Hilsa fish is our national fish. Hilsa fish is caught as a traditional food of Bengalis. This Hilsa fish is found at the bottom of the sea, which is mixed with salt water and the fish is salted. There is no other fish comparable to Hilsa fish. It is very delicious. This is a food made with different types of ingredients, which is shown below:
➤ Chopped onion
➤3/4 green chili
➤Ginger paste(2spoons)
➤Garlic paste( 2 spoons)
➤Turmeric powder(1spoons)
➤Chili powder(1spoons)
➤Coriander powder(1spoons)
➤Some water
➤5-6 eggplant slices
➤5-6 pieces of hilsa fish
➤Salt to taste

First, add some oil in a pan and add chopped onion and chopped green chili. Stir it a little and fry it. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt. Stir it slowly and add the brinjal and hilsa fish pieces. Then mix it well and add some water. After adding the water, stir it and cover it with a lid. After 10 minutes, remove the lid. Wow! Our today's cooking hilsa and brinjal broth is done.


Eating brinjal mixed with hilsa fish fulfills many nutritional needs. Vegetables are cultivated in various rural areas of our country, among which one special vegetable is brinjal. Brinjal contains vitamins E and K. The common people of the village like to eat brinjal with fish. Brinjal contains a lot of fiber which increases the immunity of our body and helps in blood clotting in the body. This vegetable is cultivated in Bangladesh, especially in hot summer days. Therefore, brinjal is very important in our life.


Hilsa fish is our national fish, so it is very expensive. Since the demand for this fish is very high, people love this fish more. The fish contains protein, meat, Hilsa fish is eaten at least once a year in the first season, it has a taste that is not found in any other fish. Although Hilsa fish is not a food for human life, its taste can never be forgotten. Only Bengalis can eat eggplant soup with Hilsa fish, people from other countries of the world eat it less, it is a favorite food of the Bengali nation when caught.
The incomparable taste of Hilsa fish and eggplant in our lives has satisfied people's food. When eaten with rice, it will be very delicious, as it is a marine fish, it is a favorite food of Bengalis. Every year, Hilsa fish is exported, earning foreign exchange through which a developed nation is being formed.
Hilsa fish and eggplant broth is eaten more by people living in rural areas, they like the food very much.
