Bengalis' favorite and traditional breakfast.

Since childhood, I have been familiar with bengali breakfast that makes my mouth water.Although the dishes may look simple, they are very tasty and healthy when made at home.These traditional bengali dishes include dried chili mashed with garlic and onion and potato mashed with dried chili, mustard oil and onion.

As a child, I used to see these dishes being prepared in every household in rural Bengal in the morning.A lot of potatoes are grown in our country and we prepare various recipes with potatoes.Among these, potato mashed is one of the most popular and is truly a traditional item in our country.

One of our bengali morning meals is potato and eggplant mashed, as well as spicy mashed made with dried chilies.Making these dishes makes your mouth water.This spicy mashed is a complete meal with a plate of rice.We can easily digest a plate of rice with this simple homemade bengali dish.We had these bengali item for breakfast this morning.

I will definitely make this a traditional breakfast because since childhood I have seen all the people in the countryside eating these delicious fried foods and I also like it very much.No matter how much fish and meat we eat, the taste of this traditional potato stuffing, eggplant mashed, dried chili and onion stuffing beats all other dishes.I make these in the morning, especially for my family.

Also there are eggs in the morning because I think everyone should eat a boiled egg in the morning.A boiled egg will give you energy throughout the day and increase your work capacity.We avoid oily food in the morning but our local mustard oil is healthy.We make potato mashed and dried chilli spicy mashed with native mustard oil.

Although the foods look normal, these are traditional items from our country.We eat this kind of food especially in the morning.

For breakfast today, I made potato mashed, eggplant mashed, dried chili and onion mashed and stir-fried vegetables along with white rice.There were also healthy and nutritious boiled eggs.Today I am sharing the traditional breakfasts of our country.You can share your opinion about these foods by just leaving a comment.I am addicted to my local food.
