Hello food lovers, welcome to the food blog.Today I have made an item which is very simple.It costs money to eat the item in a restaurant but can be made very easily at home.This is a chicken fry.When we go to eat it in a restaurant, it is also known as grill kebab.This recipe is prepared by young people on various occasions to celebrate special occasions.Traditionally, this dish is prepared in various ways in our region.


At various birthday parties or Thirty-First Nights, I see young people cooking this chicken fry in different ways and they prepare it in different ways in advance.


But today I made it in a completely rustic style, in just 20 minutes.Currently, we are in the month of Ramadan and we are celebrating this month of Ramadan according to religious customs.During the month of Ramadan, we are fasting all day and breaking our fast in the evening.We have various food arrangements during Iftar.Everyone is waiting for iftar.


Different people prepare different meals during Iftar.However there is no specific one, one can prepare food according to one's wish.Although according to tradition, it is customary to eat fried food during this time, but again, it seems that sherbet and fruit are the most effective at this time.


Today for iftar I made chicken fries in a completely rustic style and it requires less effort.I made this chicken fry for Iftar with very little effort and very quickly, so I'll share it with you.To make this I only need chicken leg pieces and oil.I need turmeric powder, dry chili powder and cumin powder.Mix the spices together and prepare the chicken for frying.
