Bangladesh and West Bengal.Hilsa known as a queen of fish,holds a special place in

the hearts of Bengalis because of Its taste, soft texture, and cultural

importance. When cooked with fresh seasonal vegetables, the dish becomes not only delicious but also nutritious and

balanced. Hilsa fish is famous for its oily

flesh and distinct flavor. It is often prepared in simple ways so that its

natural taste is not overshadowed by too many spices. Adding vegetables to Hilsa

creates a beautiful harmony Between the strong flavour of the fish and the mild,fresh taste of vegetables. So today I have cooked one of my favourite fish

Hilsa with vegetables. There are four kinds of vegetables such as potato,brinjal,bean,cauliflower . First I cut the fisg into two piece the fish was small so I cut them into two part.Then all the vegetables were cutting into


slices.Then oil on the pan and add chopped onion and chillies on the oil.After brown colour add some turmeric powder, chilli powder and then some water.then add the fish after 5 minutes I took the fish another bowl and added the vegetables. After cooking vegetables 80% then add some water, when the water was boiling then add the fish on this.This is very simple way to cook Hilsa fish
