I was too confident, after that one time that I made it, I thought I could do it again, and much even better -that's why I used the Ingredients that I think is the best for it. My plan is smooth and easy, I will make it soft and fluffy, cheesy and chocolatey and then enjoy it with the oldies while it's still hot. But after making just one, my excitement gone down and I was so disappointed and heartbroken -and after all the expensive ingredients I used in it. I didn't just use water but evaporated milk ʘ‿ʘ.

So, I already have all the ingredients at hand, I have here a Goya chocolate, Milk and Eden Cheese which I cut into tiny sizes like this.

All I had to do was buy egg and flour. I think one of the bad move I made here Was only using one large egg instead of maybe two. I used up like 350 to 400 grams of flour here. Do you think that's one of the reason? Hello pancake expert here ʘ‿ʘ

So I started by mixing all the dry ingredients, such as: flour, two tablespoon of sugar, pinch of salt and one and half tablespoon of baking powder.

After that, I cracked the egg open and put next all the wet ingredients such as, 360 ML of evaporated milk, oil and water. I gradually added the milk because I don't want it to get so watery. And I think, I also did something bad on this part. Like maybe the amount of baking powder I put? Was it not enough maybe? Aigoooo ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌
And so it's cooking time...

And so, I poured a small amount of pancake batter in a hot pan with cooking oil then covered it and waited patiently. I was so excited...

Ah, this is where I put the filling in my pancake. Seriously, I want to put both in one but the pancake was cooked in a second and putting the chocolate spread despite putting it first to the fridge is really hard to put. It just stick to the spoon and that made me annoyed even more. A lot had gone wrong on this one, seriously!

Sad, sad, sad ⊙﹏⊙, its not so pretty at all, it's fluffy, it's actually like a hard bread ʘ‿ʘ

After this one try, I added more baking powder in it and it looks like a pancake now no? This one has chocolate flavor. But its still a fail. I thought I already fix it but no. I didn't achieve the soft texture that I want, even the crunchy edges. Still, I ate it, the oldies ate it, same with Mama, I didn't eat a lot though, just one, and its the smallest one. I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoy it during the last time I made one with just few ingredients. I guess simplicity on a pancake is what's best for it. I don't like the texture but the taste is just right. Hayssst, why it has to fail right when the ingredients are all good (╥﹏╥)
