I suddenly crave for Pancakey this morning, we always had Hot Pandesal for breakfast but this time I want Pancake. I asked the oldies if they want it too and they happily agree that Pancake is the best choice for today. Its right timing coz I have leftover flour which I bought the other day for the Fish Torta. There's more that I thought it would be enough for the four of us

Luckily most oif the Ingredients are available at home, I only need to buy the baking powder in a nearby grocery store and there they are, everything's set! I still have the milk powder stock up in my storage box so I picked two sachet. Seriously, I stop drinking milk and coffee altogether coz....I just feel like stopping ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

I am actually not sure how many grams of flour I have here but I used them all up. I put all the dry ingredients in a stainless bowl: flour, pinch of salt, three tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of baking powder, and the two sachet of powdered milk. And I mix them all well using a hand whisk. Once mix together, I added two and half glass of water, I mean, our drinking glass coz we don't really have a measuring cup, lol. I mix and mix them again until I got the consistency that I want for the pancake mixture. I added last the two tablespoon of vegetable oil

Next, we'll add two tablespoon of coke...kidding, a vanilla extract before mixing it again. ( /^ω^)/♪♪

And we're done with the pancake mixture. It's not too thick, not too watery, I think it is really just the right consistency

Its cooking time! Make sure the pan is hot before adding the oil. We sin't want to mess it up yeah?

Pour the pancake mixture and then cover it, cook it for 1 to 2 minutes each side. Look at them bubbling. I flip it when I saw it bubbling

First pancake, I tag it fail coz look at the edges, it's not beautiful anymore! When I flip it, some mixture got to the edge, so not pretty

But I didn't fail the second pancakey. The color, the shape, the crispy edges and everything -it's perfect!

And so, I served two big pancakes to the oldies, they paired it with milk and milo.

I paired mine with milk and coffee, I only had coffee today coz I just feel like it will be a good pair with the pancake ehe.

Now for a lil "kaartihan", lol -I covered the Pancake in Milo -a chocolate powder and man, this taste even BETTER! Its the best thing that I ever did. But to be honest it's Mommy D who suggested to try it. Glad I did. Ehe

Here, now it looks like a cake haha. But actually, I want to try dipping this into a caramelised sugar too then wait it to hardened. I can imagine it but I feel like coating it with Milo is much easier. Lol
And that's it <( ̄︶ ̄)↗
