Healthy Omelette Breakfast Recipe

in Hive Food3 days ago

Assalam o Alaikum friends! How are you all? I hope you are doing well.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives us energy and helps us stay active throughout the day. A healthy breakfast can improve our mood and help us do our daily work better. That is why I always try to prepare something healthy and tasty for my family. Today, I would like to share a simple omelette recipe that is easy to make and very delicious. I served it with a cup of doodh patti tea, and everyone enjoyed it.

Ingredients

10 eggs (for 5 people)
Green onions
Fresh coriander leaves
Green chilies
1 onion
1 large tomato
Salt
Red chili powder
Cumin and coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Desi ghee

Method

First, wash all the vegetables properly. Clean vegetables are important for a healthy meal. After washing them, chop the green onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, and tomato into small pieces.

Take a large bowl and add all the chopped vegetables. Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin and coriander powder, and a little turmeric powder. After that, break the eggs into the bowl. Mix everything well with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined.

Now place a non-stick frying pan on the stove and add some desi ghee. Let the ghee melt. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Cook it on low flame. Low heat helps the omelette cook properly without burning.

When one side is cooked and becomes light golden, carefully flip it. Cook the other side until it is also golden brown. Be gentle while flipping so that the omelette does not break. Once both sides are cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a serving plate.

Your healthy and colorful omelette is now ready to enjoy. It is full of protein from the eggs and vitamins from the vegetables. It is a perfect breakfast for the whole family.

Doodh Patti Tea

A Pakistani breakfast feels incomplete without a cup of tea. That is why I also made doodh patti tea.
First, I boiled some water and added tea leaves.

Then I added a little saffron and cardamom for extra flavor and aroma. I let them boil for a few minutes. After that, I added sugar and milk. When the tea came to a good boil, I turned off the stove and poured it into cups.

The combination of a warm vegetable omelette and a hot cup of doodh patti tea is very satisfying. It is simple, healthy, and perfect for starting the day with energy.

Thank you for reading my post. I hope you liked this breakfast recipe.
