Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Methi Paratha, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Yogurt-Marinated Crispy Desi Chicken.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ( 400 grams )
  • Corn flour ( 2 sp )
  • Gram Flour ( 2 sp )
  • Yougrt ( 1 cup )
  • Garlic & Ginger Paste ( 1 sp )
  • Lemon ( 1 )
  • Vinegar ( 1 sp )
  • Oil ( for fry )
  • Chicken Masala ( 1 sp )
  • Black Pepper, Hot Spice ( 1 tbsp )
  • Salt, Chilli flexes, Tamarind ( 1 tbsp )

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First I took the meat with the bone, added salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, and lemon juice to it, and mixed it well into the meat so that everything was well absorbed by the meat.

Now in a separate bowl, I took Gram Flour, corn flour and ground spices like salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, chicken masala, hot spices, black pepper powder.

Now I added yogurt to the ground spices and mixed these spices well in the yogurt and then added the meat to this mixture and mixed it well so that these spices are well absorbed in the meat.

Now we will keep it for about half an hour for marinating.
Now it is time to fry it. So for this I heated the cooking oil in a pan.

When the oil was hot, I started adding the pieces of meat one by one.
After 15 to 20 minutes, when their color turned brown, I took the meat out of the oil with the help of a sieve. This is my crispy fried chicken.

Now I fried them in small batches in cooking oil and when they turned golden brown, I took them out on a plate.
Juicy chicken, marinated in creamy yogurt, garlic and ginger, coated in gram and corn flour, then fried to a golden crisp.

Final Look:

A splash of lemon, vinegar, and tamarind brings a tempting tang, while black pepper and spices add warmth and aroma.
Served with refreshing mint sauce, the taste becomes even more balanced — zesty, crunchy, creamy, and irresistibly delicious.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good I hope you all like my recipe.Bye...🤗
