Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Chicken & Potatoes Cutlets, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Whole Red Lentils Curry.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Whole Red Lentils ( 250 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Ginger ( 1 tsp )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
- Water ( 4 cup )
- Green Chillies
- Hot Spice

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So, first I put the chopped or garnished garlic, ginger, green chillies and onion in a pan and then added a cup of oil to it and put it on low to medium flame to fry.

You can see that the garlic and onion are roasted, meaning that after the garlic and onion turn brown, I added crushed red chilies, salt, and turmeric to it.

After adding the spices, I roasted them for two to three minutes and then added the four cups of water to make a broth.

After adding water and bringing it to a boil, I added the Whole Red Lentils that I had soaked a couple of hours earlier.
And put it on the normal flame to cook for five to ten minutes.

Now after 10 minutes, you can see that the Red Lentils are cooked perfectly and some broth has also formed in it.
My today's recipe is completely ready.

And now lastly I sprinkled a little hot spice and Fresh coriander on top of it.
I finished it in about 25 minutes. That recipe feels beautifully balanced and comforting.
