Today I am posting in this community with a new recipe. 😄
Last time I shared savory chicken and lentils Mash, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍

Ingredients
- Chicken cubes ( 200 g )
- Egg ( 2 )
- Garlic (1 Bulb)
- Cumin (1 tea spoon)
- Oil ( 2 cup )
- Carrots (2)
- Capsicum (1)
- Ginger Paste ( 1sp )
- Potatoes (300 g)
- Peas (300 g)
- Rice (600 g)
- Green Chillies
- Water ( 4 cup )
- Ground black pepper ( 1sp )
- Spices & Sauces (1 spoon)
Process
So guys, you must have known from the title that I am going to share a Chinese Rice recipe with you. 😁
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.
Now let's see how to make it.

So first of all, I washed and chopped the ingredients that were to be used, for example, I cut the carrots, Capsicum and potatoes into long slices, and in addition, I also made a two-egg omelette and soaked the rice in advance.
Let's Make it
After preparing all the ingredients, it was time to cook the Chinese Fried Rice. 😋

So first of all, I put the ginger, garlic and green chilli paste in a pan and added a cup of oil to it and put it on the stove to roast.
When it turned brown, I added chopped carrots and capsicum to it.
And at the same time, I added the chopped potatoes and peas and started roasting all the vegetables well.

Now it was time to add the sauces, so I added a spoonful each of vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and ground black pepper and roasted them well.

After keeping them on low flame for about five minutes, I noticed that all the vegetables were well cooked and tender.

Now it was time to make the rice, so first I added a cup of oil to a separate pot.
When the oil was hot, I added the chicken cubes and roasted them until they turned brown.

After that, I added cumin seeds to it and also added four cups of water and let it cook until the water boiled.
As soon as the water boiled, I added the pre-soaked rice to it.

After some time, when the water in the rice had dried up, meaning when the rice had absorbed the water,
I added a spoonful of ground black pepper to it and then it was time to add the vegetables on top of the rice that we had already cooked.


After layering the vegetables on top of the rice, I added the omelette and now put it on the stovetop for ten minutes at a very low heat.
So Now My Chinese Fried Rice was completely ready. 🤗
I cooked it in about 45 minutes.
As you can see it looks very tasty and delicious. 🤤
