Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Milk Cooked Bread Dessert, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Loaded Veg Omelet.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Egg ( 1 )
  • Potato ( 1 )
  • Milk ( 1/2 cup )
  • Gram Flour ( 2 tsp )
  • Onion ( 1 )
  • Oil ( 1/2 cup )
  • Tomato ( 1 )
  • Spices Powder
  • Green Chillies
  • Green Coriander

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I took half a cup of milk in a bowl and added salt turmeric and ground red chillies to it.
So after mixing it well now I added Gram Flour to it.

After adding the Gram Flour and mixing it well, I added an egg to it and beat it well.

Now I chopped the vegetables, which included green chillies, tomato, onion and potato, very finely chopped and added them all to this mixture one by one.

So after mixing all this mixture well, I added fresh coriander at the end and now it was time to fry it.

So for this, I took half a cup of cooking oil in a pan and when it was hot, I poured this mixture into the pan and spread it well all around.

When the bottom layer was cooked, I changed its side and mixed it well from all sides and cooked it well on normal medium flame.

And here my Omelet is completely ready in 10 minutes. This spiced veg omelet is beautifully balanced and full of comforting flavors.


Final Look:

The mix of vegetables, gram flour, and warm spices gives it a rich taste, while the potatoes add a satisfying texture. Simple, homestyle, and truly delicious.
