Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Kofta with White Gram.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Minced meat ( 500 grams )
- Oil ( 4 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Spices
- White Gram ( 300 grams )
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 20 grams )
- Garlic. ( 2 bulb )
Process
So guys, you must have known from the title that I am going to share a recipe of Kofta with you.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.
First of all, I prepared the ingredients needed to make Kofta with White Gram.
I had already soaked the white beans in water to soften them, and I had also peeled the garlic, etc.
Now let's see how to make it.
First, I put the mince in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes to boil it. Then I drained the remaining water thoroughly and dried the mince.
After thoroughly drying the mince, I took it out into a bowl to cool and then I mashed it well.
And then I added spices and egg to it, mixed it well, and then I shaped them into round balls to make koftas.
And now to fry them, I first heated the oil in a pan and then put them in the hot oil to roast and kept turning them over with the help of a spoon and then when they turned brown, I took them out, so now my koftas were completely ready.
Now it was my turn to make chickpea curry, so first I put the white chickpeas, garlic, tomatoes, and onions in cooker and put them under pressure for 10 minutes so that my chickpeas would cook well.
After removing the pressure cooker, I drained the remaining water from the chickpeas and added spices like salt, red chili, turmeric, and oil to it and roasted it for five to ten minutes.
After roasting the white chickpeas well, I added a little water to make a broth and cooked it for five minutes.
After the curry was cooked, I added the fried koftas to it, I put it for 10 to 15 minutes on low Flame.
My recipe was completely ready. 🤗
I cooked it about in Half an hour.
As you can see it looks very tasty and delicious .
