Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Aromatic Marinated Chicken in Rich Sauce, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Chicken Veg Stuffed Pan Pockets.


So first I will tell you how to make PlainBread for pockets

Ingredients

  • Plain flour ( 1 cup )
  • Egg ( 1 )
  • Oil ( 1 sp )
  • Salt ( 2 pinches )
  • Water ( 1 cup )

Process

Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

So for this, first I took an egg in a bowl and added two pinches of salt to it and one tablespoon of cooking oil and mixed them well into the egg, that is, I beat the egg.

Now I added water to it and then added plain flour and mixed it well.
Now by adding water little by little I prepared a smooth paste of it.

Now I took a pan and greased it with oil.
Now I poured this paste into the pan and spread it all over, like a flatbread shape.

To make plainbread, we will keep the flame low to medium.
When the bottom side is cooked, we will change its side and prepare all the plain breads in this way.


Now, let me tell you how to make Chicken Veg mixture for filling

Ingredients

  • Shredded chicken ( 300 grams )
  • Oil ( 1/2 cup )
  • Garlic Paste ( 1 sp )
  • Cumin seeds ( 1 sp )
  • Bell Pepper ( 200 grams )
  • Carrots ( 200 grams )
  • ketchup ( 1 cup )
  • Cabbage ( 200 grams )
  • Sauces ( 1 sp )
  • Sugar & Spices ( 1 tbsp )
  • Slurry

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

For this, first I took oil in a pan and added garlic paste to it and also added cumin seeds.
When their color turned brown, I also added finely chopped carrot strips to it.

I cooked the carrots for a while, then I added finely chopped bell pepper to it.
Then cooked that for a while too, and then after that I added finely chopped cabbage.

After mixing and cooking the vegetables well, I added sauces and spices to it.
The sauces include soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar, and the spices include salt, ground black pepper, chili flakes chaat masala and sugar.

Now I added the shredded chicken and cooked it for a while and finally added ketchup and mixed it well.
This is my filling that is completely ready.


Now let's Fill it and Fry it

So for this we will place the mixture in the middle on top of the plainbread and then we will fold the two opposite sides together.

Then we will put slurry on it and on the remaining sides and fold them together too. So this is my chicken veg filling pocket ready.

So now to fry them, I greased the pan with oil and then placed them in the pan and shallow-fried them on low heat.

As soon as their bottom side was cooked, I changed their side and after frying them like this, I took them out on a plate. So these Chicken Veg Pockets are completely ready.

Golden homemade Chicken Veg Stuffed pockets gently pan-fried on low heat until lightly crisp and beautifully golden.


Final Look:

The soft handcrafted pockets holds a savory filling of tender shredded chicken and sautéed vegetables, creating a warm and flavorful bite in every piece.
