Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Homestyle Sautéed Vegetable Medley, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Golden Triple-Coated Potato Rings.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Potatoes ( 300 grams )
  • Corn Flour ( 2 sp )
  • Rice Flour ( 2 sp )
  • Egg ( 1 )
  • Breadcrumbs ( 1 cup )
  • Oil ( for Fry )
  • Onion ( 60 grams )
  • Spices Powder ( according to taste)
  • Chaat masala & Carom seeds ( 1 tbsp )
  • Cumin & Coriander Powder ( 1 sp )
  • Green Chillies ( 1 or 2 )

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So guys, first I took very finely chopped onion and green chillies and then mashed boiled potatoes and added them to it.
After that I added rice flour and then ground spices which include salt, chilli flakes and turmeric.

Apart from this, I added chaat masala, cumin and coriander powder and Carom seeds to it and mixed all these things well.
Now that the mixture is ready, I shaped it into donuts with the help of my hands.

Now it was time to coat the donuts, so I first coated them in corn flour, then dipped them in egg, and then coated them with breadcrumbs.
Now I heated cooking oil in a pan to fry them, And then put these donuts in that hot oil.

And when they turned brown, I took them out on a plate with the help of a sieve, and these are my Golden Potato Donut's ready.

The outside is beautifully crisp from the egg, flour, and breadcrumb coating, while the inside stays soft, warm, and full of comforting potato flavor.


Final Look:

Golden, crispy triple-coated potato rings with a perfectly crunchy breadcrumb crust that delivers a satisfying crunch in every bite.
