First, I washed the boneless meat thoroughly, cut it into small pieces, and placed it on a plate.
Now, in a separate bowl, I took an egg, added ginger-garlic paste to it, and now it was time to add the crushed spices to it.

The ground spices included salt, black pepper, ground red chili, turmeric, and hot spices.
After mixing all these spices, I now added chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar, one tablespoon each, to this mixture.

Now I added a little milk and mixed it well and now I put the meat in the mixture and mixed the meat well in this mixture so that the meat absorbs these spices well.
I left it to marinate for about 20 to 25 minutes.

After my marinate was done, I took the meat out of this mixture into a separate plate.
Now I added corn flour to it and mixed it well.

Now I added the meat back into the remaining mixture and then I coated it with breadcrumbs one by one and fried it.

Now I fried them in small batches in cooking oil and when they turned golden brown, I took them out on a plate.

Perfectly golden, crispy chicken bites are evenly fried, giving a satisfying crunch in every bite.
The chicken is tender and juicy inside, while the egg and breadcrumb coating adds a rich, café-style texture on the outside.
Final Look:
Served with fresh mint sauce, it creates a perfect balance of spice and freshness.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good I hope you all like my recipe.Bye...🤗
