Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Royal Bitter Gourd in Pomegranate Cream Sauce, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Chickpea Lentil with Silky Pumpkin
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Chickpea Lentil ( 200 grams )
- Pumpkin ( 200 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Turmeric & Red Chili Flexes ( 1 tbsp )
- Salt & Ground Red Pepper ( according to taste )
- Hot Spice ( 1 sp )
- Green Chillies ( 2 )
- Fresh Coriander ( handf )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I chopped the onion and garlic very finely in a pot and then added cooking oil to it and fried it.
When it turned brown, I added the crushed spices to it.

The spices include salt, ground red chili, turmeric and chili flakes.
After roasting the spices, I added pumpkin pieces to it, roasted them for some time, and then I added water to it.

Then I added the chickpea Lentil that I had soaked earlier and put them on the pressure for about ten minutes.
After removing the weight, you can see that both the lentils and the pumpkin are well cooked.

Finally, I added the ground hot spices and then sprinkled fresh coriander and finely chopped green chillies.

The subtle spices enhance the flavors without overpowering them, allowing the creamy consistency and gentle sweetness to shine through.
Simple yet deeply nourishing, this dish offers a delicious balance of taste, texture, and homestyle goodness.
Final Look:
This wholesome dish is a perfect blend of comfort and richness, where tender chickpea lentils meet the natural sweetness of pumpkin in a beautifully smooth, creamy base.
Slow-cooked to a silky texture, every spoonful feels warm and satisfying.
