Ingredients:
Tofu Dumpling ingredients:
- 200 grams of tofu
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 7 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of beef bouillon powder
- pepper
- garlic powder
- salt
- half a spring onion
- dumpling wrappers
- vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients:
- 200 grams of peanuts
- 2 red chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 shallots
- palm sugar
- tamarind water
- 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 300 ml water
Steps:
Tofu Dumplings:


- Clean the tofu and mash it like this


- Add the all-purpose flour and cornstarch, egg, and chopped spring onion

- Add the garlic powder, pepper, salt, and beef bouillon powder


- Mix until well blended

- Prepare square dumpling wrappers and divide into 4


- Fill the dumpling wrappers with the dumpling mixture and shape as this shape or according to taste



Cook in hot oil over low heat until browned
Remove and drain, and repeat until all the mixture is used up
Peanut sauce:

- Fry the chilies, shallots, and garlic until fragrant


- Fry the peanuts for 5 minutes

- Once cooked, put them in a blender along with the chilies, shallots, and garlic

- Add water and blend until smooth

- Put back in the pan



- Add palm sugar, sweet soy sauce, tamarind water, and salt

- Cook until boiling
How to serve:
Place several tofu dumplings on a plate
Pour peanut sauce over them
