
Hi bloggers and food lovers! How are you all? I hope you’re all doing well. It’s been a while since I made this dish, Dim Sum. It’s a favorite of my whole family, and this time I made it again at my younger sister’s request. This dim sum is extra special because I topped it with spicy mayo sauce and torch them. Alright, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- dim sum wrappers
- 800 grams chicken breast fillet
- 250 grams shrimp
- 5 tbsp tapioca starch
- 2 scallions
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic
- white pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions:

- Place the frozen chicken fillets into a food processor

- Add the oyster sauce, white pepper, garlic powder, sesame oil, sugar, and salt


- Process until smooth with chopper

Add chopped green onions and crack an egg into the mixture
Process briefly


- Add shrimp and process briefly again—don’t over-process



Add tapioca flour until the mixture thickens
Prepare the dim sum wrappers
Lightly brush water on top

- Place the dim sum filling on the wrapper

- Shape the dim sum

- Repeat until all the mixture is used up

Steam the dim sum in a steamer that has been brushed with sesame oil
Steam the dim sum for 30 minutes

Top the dim sum with spicy mayo sauce
Briefly torch until fragrant

- Sprinkle aonori on top



- Spicy mayo dim sum are ready to eat
