Special Dish Enoki Mushrooms and Tofu

Hi bloggers and food lovers, what are you cooking today? Today I'm cooking fried enoki mushrooms with soft egg tofu. It's easy to make and doesn't take long, so let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
  • 1 block of egg tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 sheet of seaweed
  • cornstarch
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chili sauce
  • sweet soy sauce
  • salted soy sauce
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 spring onion
  • 350 ml water
  • vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Clean the enoki mushrooms and divide them into several portions

  • Wrap them with nori like this

  • Fry in a pan over low heat until cooked, then remove and set aside

  • Coat the tofu with cornstarch, then fry in a pan until browned

  • Once cooked, remove and set aside

  • Sauté the chopped garlic and spring onion in a pan until fragrant

  • Add the eggs and cook until half done

  • Make the sauce in a bowl add the chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  • Add water

  • Add into the pan

  • Add the tofu and Enoki mushrooms

  • Cook over low heat and wait until the water evaporates

  • Sprinkle with spring onions, then turn off the heat

  • Remove from heat and serve
Sort:  

Today I cooled rice with radicchio and courgettes but your dish looks really super more yummy wonderful way for making tofu and I like enoki mushrooms but are hard to find here.
