Hi foodies... Who doesn't know this vegetable? It's one of the vegetables that is good for your eyes. It is usually used as an addition to cream soup, made into juice, or used in cakes. Have you ever thought about eating it directly? This recipe has gone viral because it's a healthy food worth trying, and it's quick to make with ingredients that are easy to find.
It's a good alternative if you're tired of using carrots for juice and soup. It's so simple!

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • Lime
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds

How to make:

  • Wash the carrots thoroughly.
  • Peel the skin off the carrots.

  • Use a fruit peeler to ribbon the carrots thinly

  • Chop or shred the garlic and add it to the carrots.

  • Squeeze enough lime juice into the bowl.

  • Add honey to sweeten it.
