Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you? Wish you had a great day. Today I was in the mood for porridge, but I didn’t make it with rice. This time, I made porridge using instant noodles—and surprisingly, the texture turned out just right without needing to cook it for a long time. Once it’s done, you can add your favorite toppings. Okay, let’s get started!
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Indomie Soto-flavored noodles
- 1 egg
- 200 ml water
- 50 ml soto broth
- crackers
- celery
- sausage
Steps:

- Take the noodles and put them in a blender

- Turn on the blender and blend the noodles until they become a powder like this

- Transfer the noodle powder to a pan

- Add water to the pan

- Add the soto broth

- Turn on the heat and cook briefly until it thickens

- Add the instant noodle seasoning packet (without the oil)

- Mix them well

- Once it becomes a porridge, turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate

Boil the egg for 10 minutes
Peel the eggs and cut them in half

- Add the oil-based seasoning from the instant noodles to the plate

-Top with the egg halves, sausage and chopped celery leaves

- Add crackers

- The Porridge Made from Instant Noodles is ready to eat
