
Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share an easy pancake recipe that you can make for breakfast. The mini size and bite-sized pieces make these pancakes even more enjoyable. For the milk, I've substituted with fiber creme, a multi-purpose creamer. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of instant oatmeal
- 10 grams of fiber creme
- 200 ml of warm water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- chocolate chips (optional)
- cheese (optional)
Steps:




- Prepare warm water and add fiber creme, then stir until dissolved


- Add green food coloring




- Add salt and stir again

- Add the instant oatmeal to a bowl

- Add the egg, baking soda and vanilla extract

- Pour the fiber creme solution into the bowl

- Stir until well blended

- Add honey


Stir again
Heat the mold without oil


- Pour the pancake batter into the mold

- Cook over low heat until done

- In the middle, add chocolate chips to the batter

- Then pour into the pan and add cheese in the center

Cover again with batter
Repeat until all the batter is used
Remove and let cool
