
Hi bloggers and food lovers, what are you cooking today? Today I'm going to share an easy and quick recipe for mini omelet noodles that are quick to make. This menu is not only easy to use, but budget-friendly too. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 2 egg noodles
- 3 eggs
- 1 sausage
- 2 cloves of red onion
- 5 red chilies
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoning
- vegetable oil
Steps:

- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl


- Beat well



Cook 2 egg noodles for 90 seconds
Drain

- Put them into the bowl


- Add sliced chili leaves, sliced shallots, chopped spring onions, pepper, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, seasoning


- Stir until well blended

- Cut the noodles in the bowl (optional because I want to use a mini mold)

- Heat the pan and brush with a little oil


- Pour the noodles omelette mixture into the mold and cook over low heat

- Add sausage slices on top of the noodle omelette

Flip the noodle omelette and cook until fully cooked and golden brown
Remove and serve



- Mini noodles omelette are ready to eat
