Mini Chocolate Cookies

Hi bloggers and food lovers. Do you like chocolate cookies? Today I’m going to share a simple and easy chocolate cookie recipe. It's ready to eat with a small shape. You don’t need many ingredients either. Okay, let’s get started

Ingredients:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 27 g powdered milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g chocolate compound
  • 30 g chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Place the margarine and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl

  • Mix until well combined using a mixer on low speed

  • Turn off the mixer, crack 1 egg, and add it to the margarine and sugar mixture

  • Mix again until the dough is well combined

  • Turn off the mixer again, then add the all-purpose flour, powdered milk, and cocoa powder, use a sifter to ensure no lumps remain

  • Add vanilla extract, then stir with a spatula until well combined

  • Once well combined, add the chopped compound chocolate and chocolate chips

  • Stir again until well combined

  • Transfer the dough into a piping bag and pipe small rounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking tray

  • Shape into small rounds and continue until all the dough is used

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes

  • Once done, turn off the heat and let the chocolate cookies cool

  • Once cooled, transfer them to a cookies jar

  • The mini chocolate cookies are ready to eat
