Hi food bloggers, today I'm going to share two dishes I ate today. Today, I chose Japanese food from one of my favorite restaurants that has just released a new menu, called Hambagu & Cheese Curry Udon from Marugame Udon.

This is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants that I visit quite often. The menu includes rice and udon, as well as Japanese fried foods such as tempura, kakiage, katsu, and so on.

I ate with my friend, my friend chose Sukiyaki beef rice. The new menu features Japanese curry broth topped with double hambagu (Japanese-style ground beef) and a generous sprinkling of savory cheese. You can choose between rice or udon, I had it with udon. The flavor is rich, creamy, and savory, complemented by the chewy udon and the double hambagu, making it even more delicious and satisfying.

I really love this new menu. So yummy and flavorful 😋

After a few hours, my friend and I were walking around and were drawn to the long line at one of the food stalls called Chikuro. Their newly opened branch is still very popular.

Chikuro is a filling snack made from long strips of chicken with fillings. There are 4 filling options, 3 seasoning powders, and 3 different spice levels.

I ordered two large Chikuro packs: the Royal Garlic Cream Cheese with Signature Japanese Truffle Original and the Kurimi Mentai with Japanese Nori Spicy. Since I like spicy food, I preferred the Kurimi Mentai with Japanese Nori Spicy, which had a generous amount of mentai filling and dense meat. I shared this with my other siblings. It was quite filling for a snack.
