
Hi bloggers and food lovers, what are you having for breakfast today? Today I'm going to share an easy and colorful pancake recipe that can be one of your breakfast ideas. Like the previous recipe, I replaced the milk with fiber creme. Okay, let's get started
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of instant oatmeal
- 10 grams of fiber creme
- 200 ml of warm water
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- purple, blue, green, and red food coloring
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
Steps:

- Put the instant oatmeal in a bowl


- Add the egg, baking powder, sugar, and honey


Put fiber creme on a glass and add warm water, then stir until dissolved
Add salt and stir again


- Gradually add the fiber creme mixture to the bowl

- Stir until well combined

- Add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder

- Stir again until well blended

- Divide the batter into 4 parts





Add 1 drop of food coloring for each batter
Heat the mold with a little oil/butter




- Pour the pancake batter into the mold

- Cook over low heat until done

Flip the batter until cooked
Repeat until all the batter is used up

- Remove and let cool

- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top

- Fun oat pancake are ready to serve
