Hi, Hive food bloggers! My dinner menu this weekend is Indomie goreng. There's a popular hack for preparing Indomie Goreng/Fried Indomie. The ingredients are easy to find, and the cooking time is quick.

Ingredients:

  • Indomie Goreng Jumbo

  • Two cloves of shallots

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Red chili

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  • Lime

  • Cooking oil

  • Slice the shallots and garlic. Set aside.

  • Slice the red chili. Set it aside.

  • Bring a pan of water to a boil.

  • Boil the noodles for about two minutes.

  • Drain it

  • Combine the sliced shallots, garlic, chili sauce, and red chili pieces on a plate.

  • Add the Indomie goreng seasoning.

  • Heat some oil.

  • Put 1tbs hot oil into the spice mixture.

  • Stir the seasoning until evenly distributed.
  • Put the drained noodles on the plate.

  • Stir until evenly distributed, then add lime juice

  • Mix it

  • The Indomie goreng is ready to serve.

For me, this Indomie goreng version has a better flavor 🤤. The savory, spicy, and sour flavors blend together deliciously, and the lime adds a fresh touch. You should try it at least once.
That's it for today, see you next time!

Is it ok to use lemon instead of lime? 🤔😎

It's fine, you can add lemon 🍋. Thanks for supporting me ☺️
