Hi bloggers and food lovers! It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing the end of March. Time really flies these days. Today I’m going to share a quick and easy recipe using fried bread—this dish is similar to crab Rangoon, but I’ve added sausage to the filling. Okay, let’s get right.
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of white bread
- 3 crabsticks
- 1 sausage
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg (white only)
- 1/2 stalk of spring onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Steps:

Slice the crab sticks into long strips
Place them in a bowl

- Slice the sausage into long strips and add them to the bowl

- Add the mayonnaise and cream cheese

- Add the chopped spring onion

- Add soy sauce and the remaining seasonings: black pepper, salt, and garlic powder

- Add the egg whites

- Stir until well combined

- Take 1 slice of bread and fill it with the crabstick mixture

- Top with another slice of bread

- Repeat until all the mixture is used up

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the sandwiches over low heat

Cook briefly, flipping occasionally until golden brown
Remove and drain

- The crabstick and sausage fried bread sandwich is ready to eat
