Butter Garlic Eggs

Hi bloggers and food lovers! How are you? Today I’m sharing another quick and easy breakfast recipe that you can make at home. It’s creamy, spicy, and savory. The ingredients are easy to find and there aren’t many of them. The main ingredient is eggs, so let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 150ml cooking cream / whole milk
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Steps:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl

  • Add a little pepper

  • Whisk the eggs until frothy

  • Take 1 tbsp of margarine and melt it in a pan

  • Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked

  • Remove from heat and set aside

  • Sauté the garlic until fragrant

  • Add the chili flakes

  • Stir briefly

  • Add the all-purpose flour and whole milk

  • Stir until well combined

  • Add the sliced cheese

  • Add the oregano

  • Stir again until thickened

  • Add the scrambled eggs prepared earlier

  • Add pepper and adjust the seasoning

  • Turn off the heat and serve on a plate

  • Sprinkle with parsley flakes

  • Butter garlic eggs are ready to eat
