Ingredients:
- 50 grams sliced beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- cooking oil
- leftover cold rice
- ground chili and ground candlenuts
Instructions:

- Place the sliced beef in a bowl

- Add the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and baking soda to the bowl

Stir until well combined
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

- Then crack 1 egg and add it to the bowl

- Beat the egg until well combined


Fry the egg with a little oil in a pan
Set aside


- Heat oil in a pan, then add the marinated sliced beef


- Sauté until the beef is cooked through


- Remove and set aside

- In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant

- Add the ground chili and ground candlenuts

- Sauté until fragrant

- Add the prepared leftover cold rice


- Stir the rice until it is well mixed with the spices in the pan

- Once well mixed, add a little sweet soy sauce

- Add the eggs and the pre-cooked beef


- Stir the rice, beef, and eggs again

- Add the chopped green onions and season to taste

- Stir again until everything is well combined and the rice begins to dry out

- Remove from heat and serve on a plate


- The beef fried rice is ready to eat
