Hello Hivers, hope you're all doing fine. In my last blog, I shared my Eid celebrations with you. Today I will share with you the garlic rice recipe with you. It helps in getting immunity against the flu and the common cold. As you know, seasonal allergies are getting common now. And there is no medication for viral flu other than home remedies. So here is one home remedy for flu and cold, which is good in calories and fills your stomach for a long time. It is also very good for digestion.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Rice
- 5 to 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped or crushed
- 2 Cups of water or chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped for the brown color of the rice
- 1 tbs butter or oil
- Salt, just a pinch is enough
- Black pepper, half a tsp
- Dry Corriander
- Add red chili for taste
- Ginger as an add-on
Garlic:

Fry the onion until Brown
Add Spices:

Chicken Broth:

Mix all ingredients well:

Cover the lid, wait for 10 minutes, and enjoy.
Process:
- Take a pan and add butter to it.
- Add chopped onion
- Add crushed Garlic
- Mix them well
- Fry them until golden brown
- Then add water to it
- Add the spices to it
- Bring water to a boil
- Add already soaked rice to it
- Wait until rice is 80 percent done
- Cover the lid with a cloth and put the pan on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- Open the lid and serve with salad and yogurt herbs
For Taste and effect, eat them warm; they work well in this way.
