Patacones de plátano verde con ensalada acompañada de chuleta de cerdo (Preparando el Almuerzo) Esp- Eng

Últimamente el arroz ni la pasta me apetecen asi que salí a la frutería y ver qué se ocurre, así que compré Plátano verde para preparar lo que llamamos patacones es fácil y rápido, también compré brócoli, zanahoria, tomate, en casa tenía la mitad de un aguacate

Lately, I haven't been in the mood for rice or pasta, so I went to the grocery store to see what I could find, and I bought green plantains to make what we call "patacones"—it's quick and easy. I also bought broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes; I already had half an avocado at home.

• Lo primero que hice fue preparar los patacones, para eso le quite la cáscara al plátano verde.

• Ahora cortamos el plátano en trozos y lo llevamos al sartén, previamente precalentado para sellarlo, le colocas una pisca de sal

• Mezclo todos los ingredientes y le agrego la mayonesa.
