Deliciosas fajitas de pernil para la cena [ESP/ENG]

Hace unos días atrás fui junto a mi familia y a unas amigas a cenar en el restaurante Tribus, ubicado en el centro comercial traki, el cual queda ubicado cerca de mi residencia, es decir en la misma ciudad. Habían diferentes platos tanto de pastas, carnes, como pizza, hamburguesas entre otros, como ya eran las ocho de la noche preferí pedir algo liviano, ordenando unas fajitas.
Era la primera vez que visitaba este restaurante para comer, en otras oportunidades había ido pero para tomarnos algunas cervezas y así disfrutar un rato con la buena música que ellos ofrecen al público.
Las fajitas que ordene estaban muy deliciosas, venían con ensalada de tomate, lechuga, pepinillo, pernil, full queso amarillo tipo gouda. La bandeja que utilizaron para servirlas me llamo la atención, me fascino, muy lindo, era de acero inoxidable con tres compartimiento y como el servicio es de tres bajistas quedo espectacular. Con la presentación se vende bastante, ya que en mi caso como con los ojos.
Las fajitas están crujientes, la textura y sabor del pernil, súper rico, al igual que la salsa que colocaron, las acompañe con refresco sabor a cola.

A few days ago, I went with my family and some friends to have dinner at the Tribus restaurant, located in the Traki shopping center, which is close to where I live, in the same city. There were different dishes, including pasta, meat, pizza, hamburgers, and others. Since it was already 8:00 p.m., I preferred to order something light, so I ordered some fajitas.
It was my first time eating at this restaurant. I had been there before, but only to have a few beers and enjoy the good music they offer their customers.
The fajitas I ordered were delicious. They came with tomato salad, lettuce, pickles, pork, and plenty of yellow Gouda cheese. The tray they used to serve them caught my attention. I loved it. It was very nice, made of stainless steel with three compartments, and since the service is three courses, it looked spectacular. The presentation sells a lot, since in my case I eat with my eyes.
The fajitas are crispy, the texture and flavor of the pork is super delicious, as is the sauce they put on them. I accompanied them with a cola-flavored soda.
