Celebrando el día del padre con un deliciosos almuerzo en el Rest & Bar el Famoso Chef [ESP/ENG]
Buenos días amigos de la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana y que hayan podido compartir y celebrar junto a su familia este día domingo. Yo por acá me encuentro bien gracias a Dios. Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.
Una vez más paso por esta comunidad para compartirles lo que fue nuestro almuerzo el día de ayer, cuando celebramos el día internacional del padre, por lo que mi hija y yo queríamos sorprender a mi esposo con un delicioso almuerzo en familia.
Siempre que íbamos de regreso a casa pasaba por el frente de un famoso y muy conocido restaurante de comida asiática que esta ubicado al este de la ciudad, específicamente en la Urbanización Nueva Segovia llamado el Famoso Chef, él quería visitarlo desde hace un tiempo considerable, para conocerlo y probar la comida que ellos ofrecen al público.

Sin pensarlo mucho yo le dije a mi hija unos días antes al día del padre que ya tenía el sitio donde llevaríamos a su papa a almorzar el domingo para que celebráramos el día del padre. Ayer desde muy temprano fuimos a misa y luego lo invitamos almorzar, no le dijimos cual era el restaurante que visitaríamos hasta que llegamos al sitio y se dio cuenta el mismo, queríamos que fuese sorpresa y así fue.
Al llegar nos acomodamos e inmediatamente nos atendió un mesero muy amable, quien nos mostró y nos explicó los diferentes menú y comida a la carta, a través de una tableta, nos las dejo un rato para que pensáramos cuál de los platos ordenaríamos. Para iniciar y brindar ordenamos dos cervezas bien frías una para mí y una para mi esposo, mi hija ordeno un refresco y de esta manera brindamos por esta fecha tan especial como es el día internacional del padre.

Los tres revisamos la carta y nos decidimos por pedir una bandeja familiar que traía arroz chino, costillas de cerdo, limpias, bolitas de pollo empanizadas, papas fritas y las salsas chinas, aparte también colocaron la salsa agri dulce. Les comento que no nos arrepentimos de haber ordenado ese plato, estaba muy delicioso.

Primero nos trajeron el arroz chino para iniciar el almuerzo y luego trajeron las costillas de cerdo y las lumpias que a mi parecer no estaban muy frescas, creo que estaban recalentadas o se le pasaron de cocción pero estaban ricas, posteriormente las bolitas de pollo y las papas fritas. Comimos y comimos que al final no pudimos comer más, ya que era mucho arroz chino y los demás contornos también eran suficientes, así que no pudimos comernos todo, pedimos que lo colocaran en una bandeja de anime para la casa.
A este local le daría 9/10 sin embargo me gustaría regresar, es un lugar que a la entrada ya te enamoras de él, es muy lindo y moderno, sus mesas y sillas son acolchadas y con asientos tipo banco, con unas luces que cuelgan del techo y todo es en color negro y fucsia, una música de fondo perfecta para compartir y pasar un buen rato agradable, realmente es hermoso que provoca quedarse todo un día.

Once again I come through this community to share with you what was our lunch yesterday, when we celebrated International Father's Day, so my daughter and I wanted to surprise my husband with a delicious lunch with our family.
Whenever we were on our way back home he would pass by the front of a famous and well known Asian food restaurant that is located in the east of the city, specifically in the Nueva Segovia Urbanization called the Famous Chef, he wanted to visit it since a considerable time ago, to know it and try the food they offer to the public.

Without thinking too much I told my daughter a few days before Father's Day that I already had the place where we would take her dad for lunch on Sunday to celebrate Father's Day. Yesterday early in the morning we went to mass and then we invited him to lunch, we didn't tell him which restaurant we would visit until we got to the place and he realized it himself, we wanted it to be a surprise and so it was.
Upon arrival we settled in and were immediately attended by a very friendly waiter, who showed us and explained the different menus and food a la carte, through a table, he left them for a while for us to think about which of the dishes we would order. To start and toast we ordered two cold beers, one for me and one for my husband, my daughter ordered a soft drink and in this way we toasted to this special date as it is the international father's day.

The three of us reviewed the menu and decided to order a family platter with Chinese rice, pork ribs, cleaned, breaded chicken dumplings, french fries and Chinese sauces, plus the sweet sour sauce. We did not regret ordering this dish, it was very delicious.

First they brought us the Chinese rice to start the lunch and then they brought the pork ribs and the clean ones that in my opinion were not very fresh, I think they were reheated or overcooked but they were delicious, then the chicken dumplings and french fries. We ate and ate that in the end we could not eat more, as it was a lot of Chinese rice and those of more contours was also enough, so we could not eat it all, we asked to place it in an anime tray for the house.
I would give this place 9/10 but I would like to return, it is a place that at the entrance you fall in love with it, it is very nice and modern, its tables and chairs are padded and with bench type seats, with lights hanging from the ceiling and everything is in black and fuchsia, a perfect background music to share and have a good time, it really is beautiful that makes you stay a whole day.
