Deliciosa Pizza con champiñones [ESP/ENG]
Buenas noches mis queridos y apreciados amigos que me leen en la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que todos hayan tenido un lindo día, lleno de bendiciones junto a su familia. Yo por acá me encuentro bien gracias a Dios. Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.
En la visita que hice el fin de semana pasado a la ciudad de caracas, gracias a Dios antes del terremoto, visite una pizzería restaurante italiana tipo café para cenar y lo hice con una deliciosa pizza, había infinidades de sabores, en mi caso la ordene con salsa, mozzarella, pepperoni, jamon y champiñones. Mi esposo ordeno otro tipo de pizza con otros sabores.
Al principio cuando vi la pizza no me pareció tan sabrosa, porque saben que a mi me encantan las pizzas pero que sean bastante delgada, cuando la vi mi primera impresión es wao pero es muy gruesa,; sin embargo si se veía gruesa, pero era porque tenia algo de viento por lo leudante de masa, pero en realidad no estaba tan gruesa, pues si les puedo comentar que la masa estaba exquisita. Saben que mi esposos y yo acompañamos esta deliciosa pizza con una cerveza bien fría cada uno
Esta pizzería restaurante esta ubicada al este de la capital en santa Paula. En cuanto a textura los champiñones estaban bastante tiernos, muy frescos. Saben que también me llamo la atención aparte de lo grueso que al preguntarle al mesero si no había una pizza para dos personas, me indico que son individuales, pensé que no eran tan grandes, pues si lo eran bastante grande, es como para una persona que coma bastante.

Les comento que yo creo que si le colocaran mas salsa fuese mas rica, sin embargo el queso mozzarella estaba en su punto, cuando cortaba cada ración se venia full queso mozzarella, que tanto me encanta, lo amo. El pepperoni, el jamón y los champiñones le dieron un toque genial. realmente degustamos una rica cena , la atención fue genial. Así que a este restaurante le doy 10/10.

During my visit to Caracas last weekend—thank God, before the earthquake—I went to an Italian-style café-restaurant for dinner and enjoyed a delicious pizza. There were countless flavors to choose from; I ordered one with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, and mushrooms. My husband ordered a different kind of pizza with other toppings.
At first, when I saw the pizza, it didn’t look that tasty to me—because, as you know, I love pizza, but I prefer it to be pretty thin. When I saw it, my first impression was, “Wow, that’s really thick!”; however, even though it looked thick, that was just because the dough had risen a bit, so it had some air in it—but in reality, it wasn’t that thick. I can tell you that the crust was absolutely delicious. You know that my husband and I each enjoyed this delicious pizza with a nice cold beer.
This pizza restaurant is located east of the capital in Santa Paula. As for texture, the mushrooms were quite tender and very fresh. You know what else caught my attention? Aside from the thickness—when I asked the waiter if there was a pizza for two people, he told me they’re individual-sized. I thought they weren’t that big, but they actually were quite large—enough for someone with a hearty appetite.

I’d like to mention that I think it would be even better with more sauce, but the mozzarella cheese was just right—when I cut into each slice, it was overflowing with mozzarella, which I absolutely love. The pepperoni, ham, and mushrooms added a great touch. We really enjoyed a delicious dinner, and the service was great. So I give this restaurant a 10/10.
